Villa Comi stands facing out to sea in the southeastern part of the beautiful green island of Kefalonia, 27 km away from the capital Argostoli. A long verandah on the upper floor is looking over the garden with big green lawns, cypress trees, olives and shrubs surrounding a large terrace and pool. Expansive ocean views are mesmerising.
The villa has three storeys with bedrooms on two of the floors, including one with its own open-plan kitchen and living area. A separate spacious living room, with a large stone fireplace, opens onto the balconied veranda. A kitchen and dining area are also on this floor. The furniture throughout is classic and elegant.
The garden level gives direct access to a terrace, pool and a barbecue. Comfortable wooden sun loungers surround the pool. A long dining table for six sits on the lawn, and a bistro table and chairs are on the terrace. On the balcony, there’s a round table and director’s chairs and also a rocking chair; this is a great place to sit in the shade and admire the views.
